Refund Policy

Lymonah is a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform that enables creators to build, sell, and manage digital products, courses, and online academies. This refund policy governs subscriptions to the Lymonah platform itself, not purchases made through stores hosted on Lymonah.

First: Platform Subscription Refunds

  • Refund requests for Lymonah platform subscriptions must be submitted within 14 days of the subscription start date.
  • Refunds are only available if the creator has not substantially used the platform features (e.g., has not published products, enrolled trainees, or processed payments).
  • Each refund request is reviewed individually and handled according to the terms outlined in this policy.

Second: Non-Refundable Cases

  • The 14-day refund period from the subscription start date has expired.
  • The creator has substantially used the platform (e.g., published products, enrolled trainees, or processed payments through the platform).
  • The creator has violated the terms of use or engaged in fraudulent activity.
  • Promotional or discounted subscriptions where specific non-refund terms were clearly stated at the time of purchase.

Third: Refund Process

  • To request a refund, please contact Lymonah support via the contact page with your account details and reason for the request.
  • Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 7 business days of submission.
  • Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method used for the subscription.
  • Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Fourth: End-Customer Purchases

  • Purchases made by end customers (trainees) through stores hosted on Lymonah are governed by each creator's own refund policy.
  • Lymonah is not a party to transactions between creators and their customers and is not responsible for refunds on those purchases.
  • Creators are encouraged to establish clear refund policies for their own products and communicate them to their customers.

Fifth: Policy Updates

Lymonah reserves the right to update this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Subscriptions made before a policy change will be governed by the policy in effect at the time of subscription.
