- Can I try Lymonah before subscribing?
- Yes. Start with a 7-day trial, with no credit card required, and explore the platform before choosing a plan.
- Can I change my plan later?
- Yes. An upgrade starts straight away and you pay the difference for the rest of the period. A move to a lower plan starts at the end of the period you have paid for.
- What happens when I reach a limit on my plan?
- You see a message when you reach a limit, and you can upgrade to a higher plan or, for some limits such as storage, buy an add-on.
- How is the Lymonah Pay commission charged?
- Your subscription covers the platform. The commission is taken from each sale at the rate shown on your plan, and higher plans carry a lower rate.
- Can I cancel at any time?
- Yes. Cancel from your billing settings; your platform stays available until the end of the period you have paid for.
- We are a large training centre or organisation. Which plan fits?
