Terms of Use
Lymonah is a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform that enables creators to build, sell, and manage digital products, courses, and online academies. By subscribing to or using the Lymonah platform, you agree to the following terms.
Lymonah reserves the right to:
- Change any of the terms of this policy or add to it without prior notice to the subscriber. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
- The subscription is personal to the account holder. Account credentials may not be shared with others, and access to the platform may not be transferred to any other individual or entity.
- The subscriber must provide accurate information when creating an account, including name, email, and any additional data required, with the obligation to keep this information up to date.
- Lymonah support will assist subscribers with platform-related issues. If the issue is determined to be caused by the subscriber (e.g., misconfiguration, misuse), Lymonah is not obligated to resolve it.
- Creators are responsible for the content they publish on their stores hosted on Lymonah. Lymonah does not review or endorse creator content and is not liable for disputes between creators and their customers.
- Creators must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when selling digital products and courses through the platform.
Intellectual Property
- Creators retain full ownership of the content they create and publish through Lymonah. Lymonah does not claim any intellectual property rights over creator content.
- The Lymonah platform, including its design, features, and technology, is the intellectual property of Lymonah and may not be copied, modified, or redistributed.
- Creators must not upload or distribute content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
Account Suspension and Termination
- Lymonah reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or publishes prohibited content, without refunding the subscription amount.
- The subscriber may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Upon account termination, the creator's store and all associated content will become inaccessible. Creators are responsible for exporting their data before cancellation.
Limitation of Liability
- Lymonah provides the platform "as is" and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
- Lymonah is not responsible for revenue loss, data loss, or any damages arising from the use of the platform beyond the subscription fees paid.
- Lymonah is not a party to transactions between creators and their end customers and bears no responsibility for disputes, refunds, or claims arising from those transactions.
