- Can I add content after people have subscribed?
- Yes. New content added to the membership becomes available to current members without creating a new subscription.
- Which billing periods and prices are available?
- Monthly and yearly recurring prices are available, with an optional free trial of up to 90 days for each price.
- What happens when a renewal payment fails?
- The payment can be retried while the member keeps access during the configured grace period. Access stops if the renewal remains unpaid after that period.
- How does membership cancellation work?
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. The subscription can be resumed before that date from the member account or the platform dashboard.
