Privacy Policy
The Lymonah team welcomes you and thanks you for your trust. Out of our commitment and full awareness that users have rights, Lymonah strives to maintain user information in accordance with the privacy policy in effect. We would like to clarify the privacy policy under which your information will be handled as follows:
First: Information that Lymonah obtains and retains in its databases
- User's personal information, such as name, age, and email address.
- User's personal login information, such as username, password, and email. The nature of the platform may require some cookie-related information for electronic purposes that facilitate interaction between the platform and the user.
Second: Information Sharing
- Naturally, Lymonah seeks to retain this information in a way that preserves user privacy. Lymonah only retains this information to improve the quality of the website and facilitate interaction between Lymonah and the user.
- As a general rule, all this information is only accessed by those in charge of Lymonah, and they will not publish or broadcast it to others.
- Lymonah strives to maintain user safety. If Lymonah notices any irregular or illegal activity by the user, Lymonah may report it to the competent authorities after consulting with Lymonah's lawyer.
Third: The extent of information confidentiality security
Lymonah seeks to maintain the confidentiality of information and the privacy policy of users and will not violate the provisions of these rules and policy. However, due to the inability to guarantee this 100% through Internet means, the Lymonah team notes the following:
- Lymonah seeks to maintain all user information and ensure that no one accesses it in violation of this policy.
- Lymonah works to protect this information through dedicated servers protected by established electronic protection systems. However, we alert you that the Internet cannot be guaranteed 100% due to potential breaches or viruses on electronic protection systems and firewalls. We have taken the necessary precautions to protect your data.
Fourth: Google User Data
When you sign in using your Google account, Lymonah accesses your basic profile information (name, email address, and profile picture) solely for account creation and authentication purposes.
- Lymonah does not store, share, or transfer your Google user data to any third parties.
- Your Google user data is retained only for as long as your account is active on Lymonah. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.
- Upon account deletion, all Google user data associated with your account will be permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days.
- Lymonah's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- Lymonah uses Google Analytics to measure how the platform and the marketing site are used. Google receives a pseudonymous identifier for your account and your browser, and never your name, email address, or phone number.
- In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, analytics and advertising storage are disabled by default, and measurement is limited to data that does not identify you.
Fifth: Email Communications and Marketing
Lymonah sends two types of emails to users and subscribers:
- Transactional emails: account verification, password resets, payment receipts, purchase confirmations, and important service notifications. These are sent only to registered users in response to their own actions and cannot be opted out of while an account remains active.
- Marketing emails: newsletters, product updates, and promotional campaigns. These are sent only to users and subscribers who have explicitly opted in through a subscription form or account preference.
Every marketing email contains a one-click unsubscribe link in the footer, and a standard List-Unsubscribe header so email clients can offer a built-in unsubscribe option. Unsubscribe requests are honored immediately and the recipient is added to a permanent suppression list so they will not receive further marketing emails.
Lymonah automatically processes bounce and complaint notifications from its email provider. Addresses that hard bounce or report a message as spam are added to the suppression list and excluded from all future sends. We do not purchase, rent, or scrape email lists, and we do not send to any address without a clear opt-in or transactional reason.
Subscriber data is retained only as long as the subscription is active. Upon unsubscribe or account deletion, marketing data is purged within 30 days, except for the suppression record itself which is retained to honor the unsubscribe request.
Sixth: Is there a third party in the relationship between Lymonah and users
- There is no third party in the relationship between Lymonah and users. These rules are the "Privacy and Information Confidentiality Policy" emanating from the agreement concluded between the user and Lymonah regarding the legal relationship between them.
- The privacy and usage policy has been established to ensure the credibility and trust that Lymonah is keen to provide to users.
