Lymonah is a multi-tenant SaaS platform that lets creators build stores, sell courses, and send email campaigns to their own audiences. Content, products, and emails published through Lymonah belong to independent creators (tenants), not to Lymonah itself.
We take abuse seriously. If you believe content hosted on a Lymonah store, or an email sent through our platform, violates our policies or the law, please report it using the channels below.

What happens after you report
- We acknowledge legitimate reports within a few business days.
- We investigate the report and the account involved.
- Depending on what we find, we may issue a warning, remove the offending content, suspend or terminate the account, and, where required, cooperate with law enforcement.
- We do not share a reporter’s identity with the reported party unless required by law or by a valid legal process.
Email senders and unsubscribes
Every marketing email sent through Lymonah includes a working unsubscribe link. If a sender on our platform ignores opt-outs or continues to email you after you unsubscribed, please report it to abuse@lymonah.com with the full email headers.
